Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    The first challenge is: The Water Challenge!

    Here is the requirement if you want to participate:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day, Monday - Friday.
    (March 15th - March 19th)

    **Starting on Friday there will be a post pinned at the top of the game feed you can report in on. Please click on the (comment) button below that post and report in there. You will have until Saturday 12PM (noon) Pacific Time to report in. The drawing for a $10 cash prize will be shortly after that. Each week the prize amount goes up.

This challenge came at the perfect time. After a bit of overindulgence over the weekend it was a good push to drink some extra water to help flush out the extra sodium and such and rehydrate.
