How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- I missed #FancyFriday. I wasn't on until late last night, when I was on my couch in sweatpants and not about to get up and get fancy. I started looking through my phone for pictures of myself all fancied up and realized I don't really do that. But then I remembered this picture, a slightly different kind of fancy than most of you probably had in mind. My aerial silks studio does a Halloween show every year and when I realized last year that we were going to miss it because of covid, I got very sad because it's my favourite thing every year. So I decided to wear my costume from the previous year's show (I was a reptile and had my face painted and coloured contacts, it was pretty cool) to a regular class and it made me feel a little better. Green and sparkly is pretty fancy, right?
