I pretty much completely do it through diet and watching my calories using MyFitnessPal. I try to increase my steps, but that’s about it. Between chronic migraine and a dislocating tendon in my ankle, I’m pretty limited on exercise.

I eat low carb and do intermittent fasting. I also do heavy strength training (I have the one ton challenge in a couple of werks) and crossfit (total of 6 days a week).
