Stay the course! Make good food choices most of the time and exercise! The mental block creeps in on me every couple of weeks.

I have to start back in meal planning. I have a few heathy smoothie recipes for breakfast. Tomorrow I’m going to make individual freezer bags for a serving and then it’s easier for me to eat healthy throughout the day when I start off healthy.
