How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Week 2 Well-Balanced Challenge
    Hooray! You made it through the first week of our challenge! So many of you did such an amazing job completing last week’s movement challenge! Not only did most of you hit your goal of moving for at least 45 minutes every day, but most of you exceeded it! Way to go!

    This week (3/8-3/13) I challenge you to be super intentional about what you are eating. I challenge you to incorporate (and track) at least ONE nutrient dense, well-balanced meal every day this week Mon.-Sat.! That is a minimum of 6 meals total! Like I have mentioned previously I track my meals by hand in my planner, but you can use any tracking app, a note in your phone, whatever method you feel will work best for you!

    Submit your tracking by the end of the day on 3/14 to a check-in thread that I will post on 3/13 to the group & the winner will be announced on Mon. 3/15 This week’s winner will receive a Amazon Echo Dot! I know many of you have full schedules between work, family, and commitments but I want you to see that preparing one healthy meal a day at home doesn’t take much of your time and that you don’t have to dread the kitchen! Let’s befriend it. You’ve got this!!!
