After seeing so much success last fall, I immediately packed it back on so far this year.

I went from being a stay at home mom that worked a few hours a week as a VA to a Project Manager for a software company at 40+ hours in a matter of weeks.

I’ve been sitting far too much, and worse, stress eating the silliest of foods and not drinking enough water.

I turned 41 a week ago and I know I need to commit to my health for real again.
