    Ive been trying to simplify my eating during the day. My schedule is usually back to back so I’m always eating while working.

    Lately, I’ve been having avocado toast, a single serving chobani yogurt, my Shakeology.. I’m in a good rhythm with those foods during the day, but I’m wondering what other people that have busy daytime schedules eat for when I want to switch things up.

Being prepared and having a routine like you do has been helpful to me. I typically eat the same thing for breakfast and lunches and switch up things week to week.

I’ve been using colored peppers cut in half or 1/4 depending on the size and filling with any protein, tuna, salmon, left over chicken, hummus...it’s been a life saver for me.
