How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’ve been to the doctors 3xs in the last week with terrible ear pain and swelling in my face. I’m 31 years old, but finally and correctly diagnosed with Shingles yesterday. It was a relief to know what was going on, but the pain is so intense I can hardly move my eyes in their sockets (yes, I’ve been to see the eye doc too, don’t worry!)....
Needless to say, I’ve felt less than able to workout, which is terrible since this is probably the best week of weather Central Arkansas will have all year 😩 but, really trying to keep my
head up. Being a part of this DietBet is filling me with some motivation in the midst of sorrow and invisible pain. I can make healthy choices for my body right now as it fights back.
