How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Breakfast today was chia seed pudding with strawberries and blueberries. I like to make it with 1 c Greek yogurt, 1 c coconut milk, 1/4 c chia seeds and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder. I was hesitant to try this for the longest time because it just doesn't look appealing, but then I tried it and I've been eating it every day for the last 3 weeks straight lol!

1. I personally prefer Fage 2% or whole milk Greek yogurt. My BF likes Chobani 0% though, so it's all just personal preference.
2. I haven't tried flax seeds. They're a little more work since you should grind them and use them fresh for the best nutrient value. So chia is just easier for me and they're loaded with fiber, omega 3's and some protein.
