  • I survived leg day! 💜

    I had some pretty serious cravings this past weekend with my monthly friend approaching. I had a day where I started picking and searching high and low for junk food 😂 honestly, glad I’ve been better with what I get at the grocery store, because that could’ve ended badly. I overate a bit on some trail mix and dug a little into the peanut butter... but was able to stop unlike with some other snack foods where I lack the self control!

    Seeing slow progress during this diet bet but I’m so glad that I started, because if I didn’t I could’ve just kept gaining.

    Let’s have a great third week together!!

Yeppers same here. Unfortunately we do have ‘junk’ food in our house due to hubs n kids, and I overindulged on chips and cheese n crackers. Ugh. New day, new week!
