How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

For anyone doing 2B mindset, do you weigh yourself everyday? Or do you weigh yourself weekly. I know Iliana says to weigh yourself daily but when the scale doesn’t move it can be a bummer especially first thing in the morning. 😆
I do practice water first, veggies most and I track daily but I would like others input if they still saw success without weighing themselves everyday.

Thank you all for your input on this! So helpful! I have to remember it’s all about perspective when stepping in the scale every morning.

I do daily, and use that as information to make food choices :)
