Hi! I’m from Tucson, AZ. My goal is to lose 20 lbs in order to help reach my running goals. I want to be lighter to help me with reach a pace that isn’t too strenuous on my body to run a marathon.

I started 30 day break away on Monday and I’m on day three now. I’m literally just jogging and walking due to knee injury, but I really like the program so far. Excellent for getting back into running shape!

Thank you for the support ladies! I already run half-marathons 2 times a year and training up to them is fine but every time I try to push beyond that my body is not up for it. Part of the reason is because I just don’t have the time right now (I have 2 kiddos, a toddler and a 7yo) AND I have all this extra weight that I feel on my feet and knees every time I run. It’s nice to feel the support of other fellow runners!
