How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Major struggle here. And this is a cycle for me which is why I wanted to try this diet bet. I do well for like a week. Then I have a set back, step on scale and get upset with myself. Then I give up and eat a bunch of food and scale keeps going up. I feel like I need a lot of help...and can’t seem to do it on my own

Accept the setback and move on. It happens... just keep swimming (as Dory says). You can do this.

Oh Browyn, I’m so with you. I’m 48 and finally realized it’s more than just this ‘set back’. Read this: https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/conditions/binge-eating-disorder-compulsive-overeating

It changed my way of thinking. Let me know if you’d like to connect.
