  • Just want to share this gross sweaty selfie as a reminder to myself that walking can be a great workout! I’ve felt so weak since surgery, but I splurged on a treadmill to be able to workout in the morning again before I can get back to Beachbody workouts, and it killed me this morning! Sweat was dripping into my eyeballs even at a moderate pace. Definitely happy to have my routine back and still work up a sweat while letting my body heal! 🙌????

Walking is definitely a full workout after having surgery. I can only walk outside behind my kid's stroller (almost 1.5 weeks post-surgery myself). Damn proud you can be that active on the treadmill! Since you've got Beachbody, did you know you can use BarreBlend PPN T4 as recovery workouts? I'm not yet there to do them, but hopefully next week I will be able :dancer:
