How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

←Back to All Activity- Hey all. This is my 1st game ever!! I’m a 39 y/o single mom of 2 (20y and 11y) boys (both high functioning autism) and a Bi-Bi (grandma) to a beautiful 10 month old little boy. I was super skinny up until I had children and was able to lose most of it again after having #1 and then with #2 I got gestational diabetes and gained it all back plus some. I was diagnosed with Type 2 about a year later. I have tried multiple diet pills and various diets, including keto. I want to get back on Keto because I notice wonderful results, but I really need to get motivated again.
