Well... happy that there is another chance after may. It’s been a rough ride the last couple weeks. Hoping for maintaining. Any great tips for not being a stress eater? Or making cooking fun?

I try to plan my snacks in advance so that I choose healthy ones when I’m craving snacks. I love to snack at night, so after dinner I choose what I’m going to snack on if I get in the snacking mood. I know it’s not stress eating, but maybe you could choose your snacks ahead of time just in case you start stress eating.

I try to cook a few things when I’m in the mood to cook, so that makes it more fun. Sometimes I freeze the food after I cook it because I can’t eat it all and then I have meals for days.

I put on a podcast while cooking. And I make sure I am not starved. That way I will make the time to cook.
