It’s Day One Fam!!!! This is always my favorite day! There is so much energy and excitement for the challenge ahead! Quick introduction out of the way, I am Sarah! I’m 32 years young with two boys and a cute husband. I was on the Biggest Loser and lost a bunch of weight- most of it was lost at home own my own. Then, I gained it all back plus some more for good measure. I went on a journey of losing 10 gaining 20 for a while. After the birth of my second child in 2020, I decided I needed some help. I started WW and planned to have a VSG. I lost 30 in preparation for my VSG, and I am down 60 from my sleeve in October. I’ve lost weight and gained weight every conceivable way. I get every possible struggle you are going through. I abused laxatives and had a binge disorder when I was younger. The journey for a healthy balance and mindset has been a long one for me. I’m still a work in progress. I mean it when I say I am in this with you!

I created a Getting Started Guide, a Fitness Challenge, and a little Create Your Own Workout Template for our group if you are lost! I usually post the links for those in Dropbox here, but they never work on the Dietbet website for some reason, so I am not going to bother this time.
