Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

If you have done a bet with me before, you know I preach about not letting this Dietbet be a one off/sprint to the finish line. I want these to set you up for the consistency and support you need for long term success. Sure, you want your money back, I get it! Just make sure you don’t let the end goal be your only focus- the process here is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than the end result.
