How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

What programs, apps, systems, etc. everyone is using to reach their weight loss goals?
I’m a mish mash...basically following the Body for Life workout schedule of 3 days strength and 3 days HIIT weekly, using the Peloton app (Keiser bike) for HIIT days and warmup runs before strength. I followed the BFL program 13 years ago, with great results, but this time I’m trying out Lumen for food recommendations. Love starting each day with set macros!

I am using mfp to track calories. My gym just opened so I plan on doing 4 strength days and 2 cardio. It's been a year since I set foot in a gym and I am 15 pounds heavier. At home is not working out clearly so time yo try something different!

I'm tracking with my fitbit app- mostly bc I'm used to it and use it for step bets too. I'm focusing more on macros than straight calories this time, and while fitbit tells you how many grams you ate in total and gives you percentages, it doesn't count down to a goal or tell you how many carbs you have left. Which is fine with me, the math isn't that hard, lol.
