    NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

    Leg burner
    5 rounds (3 movements 10 seconds each x 5)
    10 second leg hold/lift (on your back)
    10 second plank hold (roll over for plank)
    10 second wall sit
    REST AS NEEDED BETWEEN ROUNDS BUT DO YOUR BEST TO KEEP MOVING

    THEN

    5 rounds (25 total squats, 30 total lunges)
    5 squats
    6 lunges (alternating legs)
    REST AS NEEDED

    IF YOU CAN REPEAT ENTIRE WORKOUT x 1 IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE ROUND IN YOU THATS OK. IF YOU HAVE TO MODIFY ANY OF THE MOVEMENTS THATS OK!
