How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Congrats to all the winners! I came up 1.4 pounds short by yesterday, but my goal is to hit my weight by the end of the week. Trying to practice self-love and realize I had two super stressful weeks, and when I stress - even if I eat healthy, my body doesn’t lose weight. (I blame cortisol!)

Even though I came up short this time, I am still proud of some of the changes I have made. I’m working out again and thinking of the way I eat not as a “diet,” but as “just the way I eat.” I also have lost 17.2 pounds since February and I’m feeling good about it!! I also have been making healthy food options my choice, and being proud of myself for doing what is best for my body!

If you came up short like me, just remember, weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint! You can still do it!!! And so can I!

Thanks for the reminder to be kind to ourselves and for the motivation to keep at it! I came up 1 lb short too and love your perspective!
