Finally broke through a plateau today. I found that I was over tired and stressed and having an extra nap really helped me. Good reminder for me that sleep is so important and can aid in this journey as well

I'm feeling really frustrated. I lost 7 pounds, somehow regained 2 without changing my caloric intake, and I've been stuck at the same weight for the last two weeks. Does anyone have any advice for breaking through?

I agree with MadMack try cutting carbs for a week. Especially if you have to limit exercise. I am going through same thing right now dropped 4 lbs then back to original weight. Just trying to stay focused and not lose sight of Big Picture Goal!

It’s not about the calories- it is about cutting the sugar. Try two or three days of very low carbs and very high protein. Increase fluids & keeping taking walks at your own pace. Steer clear of “diet” drinks and other stuff that has artificial sweeteners. Good luck!

  • Did a little hike with 5 friends today. We hike together every Wednesday, and it’s great motivation to have a group. 7 miles/700 feet elevation gain. There was one very steep section on the hills shown here, but taking it slowly made it do-able.

  • Yesterday, Friday, we added some luxury with homemade bread with pork inside and a “random” chicken burger I found in the fridge 😅 But still went high on protein and managed a small calorie cut!
