How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Im very keen to lose weight and and its been hard. No fudging the scale or pretending im down more than I am. I have had to face it. Well the scale is not moving very fast but as i got dressed today - instead of fat hard arms i have Much smaller arms and the dreaded bat wings.
Is this a win or not?

Huge win, if you ask me! There was a performer on BGT once that flapped her arms and called them "Bingo Wings!" That's where I am!

Betsy D.

I prefer wings to fat arms. I have had both.
