How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Well, I've been on vacation since I finished working last Friday, but I brought my scale with me, tried to eat mostly right, and have been active. This morning I did my weekly weigh-in and was down below my round 2 goal weight. I was really thinking I might gain weight on this trip and not make the goal weight as a result, but I've been watching my calories and having no more than maintenance, and trying to stay close to my goal calories despite being on vacation and it's worked!

That's a great job! I blew it in one day, but have been able to recover and I think I might make goal this week.
