How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • On September 18th, 2020, I started using Noom at a weight of 392.2. It wasn't the heaviest I'd ever been, but this is the day when my life changed forever.

    This morning, my scales said 292.2. 100 pounds are gone!

    So I went to take a picture this afternoon. I can't imagine carrying this much weight around for so long, but it's what I did! I've taken this before, when I lost this much weight once in the past, only to put it all back on again and more. This time I think I've got this. I doubt there will ever be a time when I don't log food for every meal every day, because that's what it takes for me to be successful, and I'm fine with that.
