How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I didn’t make it to my intended destination last night. The weather was so bad, I was only able to drive 30 mph most of the way on the interstate. I was still able to find a hotel with a decent workout room and woke up at 6 to get my workout in. Got half of my workout done and had to leave, due to a rude guy. He came in and started running while I was lifting. He stopped and told me he was only going to run but since I was lifting he’d put on a show (GROSS) he got offended when I didn’t pay him any attention while he was lifting. He asked what my problem was. I looked at my rings, looked at his and said we are both wearing rings but apparently only one of us honors those rings. I got up and left. What a creepy weirdo.

Gross, im so sorry this happened to you! IDK why gym bros have to be so weird, it happens like 80% of the time that some guy is staring, making comments, or *taking pictures* and that is why i stopped going to a gym

What a psycho. Like, most normal people know you don't just walk into a workout and hit on someone. Blegh. Glad you were overall safe.
