How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Do you need to lose more, or does this put you at your ultimate goal? I suggest pushing for a few more and then coasting to the finish line! Great job on making it to the big money round!

I definitely need to lose more, but I’ve been dieting for a year and I’m feeling the burnout. I’m going to try to get to my next milestone then practice living at maintenance until January. Last time I lost significant weight I burned out hard, and had to stop exercising due to an injury. The weight came back on almost as fast as it came off. And it was all of it and then some. I’m trying to be smarter this time.
