How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Only 2 days left everyone, we made it! Sorry I haven't been around, life has been crazy. I've been feeling lousy with one thing after the next since the middle of July so my exercise game has been next to none for a couple months now. My mother and sister both have some potentially serious health issues going on, we'll know more in the next few days hopefully, so that has been on my mind a lot. Before I started this journey at the beginning of the year I was 237 pounds of an emotional/ stress eating mess. Somehow I've managed to break that cycle and I have lost 65.2 pounds this year and now sit just 7 pounds above my personal goal weight! I won't be joining another Diet Bet after this game has finished since I'm so close to my goal. That actually makes me sad since I've found so much joy and motivation from the groups I've been in. My next steps will be to learn how to maintain my weight loss (that's so scary to me!) and to rebuild some of the muscle I know I've lost over the last couple months while spending too much time sitting around.

I also want to lose a few more pounds then maintain awhile. After this 6 months I just want a break.

I think I’m either going to do a maintainer or an 8 week 4% one. I’ve worked too hard - and this weight has come off too slow - to go into this season without accountability. I find DB really helps keep me going - hearing both the struggles and victories is so encouraging!!!
