How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Anyone else have some days where they are chilling on their diet and others where they are so hungry they wanna eat the fridge (I recognise my body would still tell me I’m hungry even if I ate the fridge, so instead I had a snack to bridge myself to dinner)...it makes no sense, most of the time I’m fine on these calories (1300-1500) and then some days my body is like FEED ME MORE YOU HORRID PERSON! Gah. Just gotta keep going. Fortunately had some room build in so even with planned dinner and the extra wrap I’m still at 1420. Let’s hope dinner is filling enough 😂

For me it happens depending what i eat. Im insuline resistant, so if i eat my calories mostly carbs i will get hungry soon. But when i avoid them, i feel full for longer. Like today for breakfast j ate two scramblled eggs and some chickpeas.. I wasnt thinking of food for like 4-5 hours. And if i ate porrige instead, i would be hungry in an hour :D

You are not alone. Yesterday I had Popeyes and a brownie with ice cream
