How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have a question about water. Do you all count coffee and tea in your daily quotas/aspirations? What about diet soda? I assume seltzer water counts but what if I pour it into the blender with fresh fruit to create a smoothie? As you can surmise, I struggle to drink 50 let alone 64 in per day.

Read about that and decide on your own. I recently read about it and now many say it can count towards water. My biggest advice is to use an add in to make the water taste good, like a true lemon drink mix in a big insulated cup with ice, or putting fruit slices in it. I do drink plain water every day, but I only get enough water because I make big drinks to sip on in insulated cups. Lemon and stevia will make a lemonade

I count my unsweet tea...but I dont drink a lot of it.
