Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Week 2 Water Intake Challenge
    Way to go on week 1 challenge ya’ll! I loved seeing how creative you were with getting those veggies into every meal!

    This week 4/5- 4/10 I challenge you to track your water intake every day. I challenge you to drink a minimum of 80 ounces a day this week Mon.-Sat.! I have tracked my water intake throughout my journey by writing in my planner, but you can use a tracking app, notes in your phone, whatever method you feel will work best for you!

    Submit your tracking by the end of the day on 4/11 to a check-in thread that I will post on 4/10 to the group. The winner will be announced on Mon. 4/12. This week’s winner will get my favorite water bottle! Water you waiting for? Lets do this!

Water every day:heavy_check_mark: I drink from a 24 oz cup with a straw. I always have to drink 1 before I get to eat breakfast. I drink 3 of these before noon then another 3 before bed. I have 1cup of hot tea in the morning then healthy Herbalife ice tea in the afternoon. Needless to say I drink a lot. I find the straw helps and I add a little lemon or lime when I get bored of water.

Officially finished my 128 ounce bottle for today, so I finished AT LEAST that every day of the week. I stop tracking after I finish the bottle once because it’s just a bonus at that point
