Just curious ... how many of you are following a certain diet to achieve your goals? And what are your incriminates example I try to claim I’m doing keto .. but really at the end of the day it’s low carb keeping it under 50 carbs and it’s not really working. So looking to see what is working for everyone else?

Personally doing IF and generally just watching what I eat. I have done keto, lazy keto, low carb in the past and gotten good results I just enjoy carbs too much. Which is a problem for me as I'm pretty carb sensitive. My suggestion to you would be to try to cut the carbs down a bit further and see if that helps, it's always the difference for me. If it doesn't seem to be doing the trick then keto may not be for you, nothing works for everyone, but I'd try that first.
