Has anyone tried intermittent fasting? What was their experience? Just downloaded the app Zero and am going to start with a 16 hour fast.

I love intermittent fasting! I lost 50 pounds doing it last year. A couple books that I found helpful were "Delay, Don't Deny" and "Life in the Fasting Lane." One good recommendation was to do shorter fasts and work on your fasting muscle to do longer fasts. Good luck!

I don’t have any problems doing 16 hour fasts but have to work on 18 hour. Will try a 24 hour soon, but for some reason am kind of afraid
