How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I will meet my round 2 goal (just barely). I am still pretty nonplussed with my lack of significant progress this round considering my 100% dedication over the last 4 weeks. The only really good thing that has come of it is that my daily spin class is now firmly part of my routine. I had to miss one morning because of a work meeting and I was so bummed. I’m a former athlete and am used to hard work, but it is such a nice change of pace to have a workout I actually look forward to and don’t dread and have force myself to go to.

That's how I feel about my morning bike rides. I get grumpy if I miss out on one.

I'm still not sure if I will meet goal (I was not close enough last time I weighed), and I feel the same way. I've been going above and beyond in adhering to my dietary goals, even making them a more intense the past week to see if I can get it to budge, but some mystery force is preventing the weight from coming off.

Good luck to us both!
