How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Was awake a lot of the night tending to two smokers! I am cooking 48 lbs of meat for a belt promotion ceremony today (this is the most I have ever cooked!) I still got up and decided to get my run in and to my surprise it ended up being great! First mile was around 12 minute pace then I added weight and finished 2.08 miles in 24 minutes, I love being able to run 2 miles in under 24 minutes again!

Yeah it is the most I have ever smoked at one time, but it brought my GB family together for a meal after a fantastic day of promotions! I didn’t get a promo but I am good, my belt is blue and my mind/ body are ready to work for every stripe!

Please post the finished meat photos. Those are my favorites!
