How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I definitely need this...I’m at the age where it is going to get harder to lose (48). Many her with large amounts to lose? Would love to have a small support team 😊 to support each other through the challenge!

Youngsters!! I'm 52 and lost a stone in my last few dietbets and that was without exercising. I agree, that it's about setting small achievable goals and seeing the scales move in the right direction. Good luck

Hi Cindy! I'd love to be a part of your group. I have a ton to lose, but like Amita I'm breaking it down to a little at a time because it's less daunting. 10 years ago I lost 100 pounds, but I've gained it all back plus some. So it's time to try again. Let's get this!
