For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hello everyone! i'm excited to get started with you in our next game of 2021! I'm super proud of you all for being here and taking care of your health! If you don't know me my name is Lexi (fatgirlfedup) and I joined my first game in 2016 and lost 312lbs in two years while playing games! Now I host so that I can help you and continue on my own journey! A few tips that have helped me in my own experience to start off our game:
- Track what you're eating! I found that using myfitnesspal helped me to realize how many calories i shoud eat, my food intake, aswell as helped me learn to read my nutrition labels. Ultimately our nutrition is so important especially while trying to lose weight. Be sure to fuel yours with lots of vegetables, less sugar and carbs, and lean meats such as chicken, salmon, or lean beef. Take the foods you love and try to create healthy versions and foods that you can enjoy long term.
- Move! I know some of us are experiencing problems with the virus so do what you can! Go walking, dance in your living room, do squats, youtube videos, etc. Try to get in 30 minutes of activity where you can daily but be safe also!
- Drink your water! Water can help boost your metabolism, keep you full, and can benefit your journey in so many other ways aswell. I usually aim to drink atleast a gallon daily.
- Invite your friends, coworkers and family! We will have others joining us for 14 days after the start of the game and i'm giving away $100 to one random player after every 500! Also be sure to tag #fatgirlfedupsdietbet on social so we can cheer eachother on there too!
- Be sure to take all the progress pictures as you'll want them, promise! Plus we look forward to seeing your progress and sometimes the scale doesn't tell the full story!
