Hi everyone! Any tips for quickly dropping a few lbs??? I had a treat dinner last night that we’d planned for and somehow the scale has gone up by 4lbs. That can’t be right can it?!

I was up 5lbs today also...I know it's mostly water weight, but I do drink a gallon of water a day already. No matter the reason, seeing a 5lb gain is discouraging
