I’ve lost 1.5lb CAN NOT seem to shake this Plateau! Working out and eating right, drinking nothing but water. 😝😝 trying to not be discouraged, it’s hard!

Keep pushing they happen and make sure you are getting water, rest, stress levels are down. Track those calories if you don’t move drop them by 10% cut back either on carbs or fats that will help a lot. Remember you got this.

Thank you guys, I am mainly focusing on low carb high protein. MAYBE not enough water! Scale still hasn’t moved I’m going to go hard starting today I’d love to not lose the money I’ve spent especially since I’ve been trying!
