How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Ok. This is a little frustrating Still firm at 0.4 pounds to go-I have been here for literally 6 days!!! Intake is at 1500 which is the lowest I can go without performance issues on the strength training front. Time for more cardio....any other ideas? (I will not do any of the wrestler cut activites-want safe but effective)

Increase water intake. That might help flush some extra weight off. If you’ve been holding at this weight for 6 days and staying on track, you are due to drop some weight in the next couple days. I think water and the extra cardio should help.

Did you make it? I dislike plateaus!!!
