How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I lost this game😞 I knew it even when I was doing the previous game - I think I must’ve put on a ton since the last game as I got so hungry, binged a few days and then just gave up:((. I don’t even want to weigh myself as I’m scared to see the number… So much effort for the past few months!
My membership is over in July, maybe I’ll come back again and start all over agin.. I’m even considering bariatric surgery, because this perpetual battle with myself is so exhausting and frustrating.

I tend to over do it when a game is over too, now I’m really struggling to meet my goals for my transformers after losing a few rounds. Just keep working on changing those self sabotaging habits!

It's the mental battle with ourselves that's the hardest. But it's the getting back up after a hard fall that counts.. Hope u find your balance soon.
