How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • WELCOME! If we haven’t met before, I’m Brittany and I am just stopping in to let you know how excited I am to have you join us for this upcoming challenge!

    Weigh-ins begin as early as the 23rd but you have up until the second week of the game to officially weigh in. I want you to know that there are weekly monitored weigh-ins hosted by Dietbet, if you have the membership, this is not required. However, there are two official weigh-ins that are required, the one at the beginning of the game and the one at the end of the game.

    As your host I enjoy creating weekly challenges with giveaways (cookbooks, gift cards, etc.) to help keep you incentivized and motivated so be on the look out for those!

First DietBet hoping it will help keep me accountable. In the past weight check ins with my PCP helped get me on track. The copay was $20 each time I went in. Figured this was a better option. Worst case I saved $5 best case I make a little money. Hoping for the latter.
