I couldn’t anchor my success to my motivation or I would have been done for the first time Brady brought donuts home. I would have been sunk. So what did I anchor my success to?"

I loved your blog! It resonated so strongly with where I am at. It's not about motivation for me anymore. If I don't eat healthy (I have Hashimotos and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity), I feel like crap. If I don't drink enough water, I feel like crap. If I am not active, I feel like crap. Just like I need to care for my teeth so I brush and floss and go to the dentist, I have to take care of my body. And...when I have my bad days (today being one) where I go back to bed and don't want to face the world, it helps to have someone (my kids and my husband) to push me and remind me how important this is.
