For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hey guys,
I have a problem. Some might call it a luxury problem, but still, I struggle with it sometimes. I've always done a lot of sports in my life and my body forms muscles really quickly. A few exercises and everything is tighter and I feel a lot better. But: I don't lose weight and I would actually like to be and feel a bit lighter. Also I get more muscles than I want. For example my calves are already so huge it's almost impossible to wear skinny jeans. And with my height of 182 cm (5.97 ft, I think) I feel quite big as a whole already. Does anyone feel similar? And how do you deal with it?
