Yesterday morning I did 40 minutes of turbofire and a 10 minute stretch in the morning and then a 2 mile easy hike.
This morning I did 25 minutes of Turbofire and a 12 minute stretch, I am hoping to get a walk in this evening if possible. I like to get my workout done in the morning before the events of the day ruin my chances and because I’m too tired at the end of the day.
