Watch for those artificial sweeteners, they sneak those in there sometimes.

The flavored sparking waters taste nasty to me - very fake and i don't trust what they add for flavorings. I add things like cucumber, berries, citrus, or melon to plain sparkling water. Tastes SO much better and I know what I'm ingesting. Mash them up a little for full flavor!
