@jacqueline its just Mayo (or a plant based Mayo or olive oil for this challenge) and Furikake rice seasoning. Bake at 350 F for about 20-25 minutes depending on how thick the piece of salmon is.
Cucumber Kim chee: I use Japanese cucumber or the mini cukes. Cut them up and sprinkle rock salt and let sit for abt 30mins, rinse and then I add Kim chee base to taste. That’s it!
