Hi! Good morning! I'm struggling with no coffee in the mornings. So I'm wondering if it is okay to replace my morning coffee with a cup of green tea? I need some sort of pick me up lol

I don't drink caffeine regularly so I haven't tested this theory out but they say that an apple is a good replacement for coffee because of the natural sugar in it. You could try that!

We should try to stick to herbal tea instead of green, black etc that have caffeine. Would you be able to swap in a decaf green tea or decaf coffee and trick yourself!?
