For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am a little late joining! I am on my second round of 9WCF! Absolutely love this program and I am so much stronger.
The last diet bet I struggled with not following a nutrition program and didn’t win. I have lost 15lbs since I started a year and half ago but I have plateaued at between 133-137lbs. I keep fluctuating. I am determined to lose the remaining 10-15lbs that is hanging on. I am ready for the challenge. Grateful for Autumn and Bobby doing this DietBet and all the members for being so motivating! 😄💪❤

I actually haven’t been tracking that well. I have used the fix containers and the app.
But I actually find that My Fitness Pal works great. I know I need to improve on my tracking!! How do you track?

I am fluid. Sometimes I track containers, weighing my food, I do best when I write it down and send pics to a buddy.
