Does anyone else feel like they don’t belong here? When I joined, I thought I was just joining another DietBet. I thought the title just meant do a gut check on your lifestyle habits and make changes. Lol! I feel like I’m the only one not using containers and special workouts! In any case, still doing my thing and losing weight!

I'm not using the containers, just doing my best to incorporate Autumn's food lists. I don't even follow those 100%. I have about a 6 oz cup of coffee 4 or 5 days a week and eat red meat 2-3 days a week. I just cut back on portion sizes. I also have not sworn off dairy. My workouts consist of boot camp and spin class at my local gym at 4:45 am and I try to get outside for a minimum of a 2 mile walk with my kids every evening. I have a BOD membership, but haven't used it in a while. And I do not do Shakeology. I am still seeing results.

Oh, I’m definitely getting results just from losing weight! I’ve lost 35 lbs this year, and have less back and knee pain, lower blood pressure, and less reflux. I can only imagine it will get better and better. I haven’t been under 200 lbs since my daughter was born, and she’s 21!! Even though I’m still big, I can hike 6+ miles (and I’m talking serious hiking!), which I did today!
